I lucked out against Monarchs so hard.
Also, wow, first 40 card deck in how many months?!
So I wanted to make something more consistent yet still competitive this time, so this was the result. You can see the increased amounts of backrow hate as more of a cockblock remover, because Dark Magicians are annoying as are Majespecters.
Another thing I was trying out in this deck is the Metalphosis Fusion as discard fodder. Like, there is not reason for it to be a free +1 in the grave, so I might as well make use of it. Works pretty nicely with Landoise when I played it in the build with Madolches.
For the finalised deck, I wasn't able to get a replay of Psi Impulse being used at all... somehow. It's really easy to meet the cost since this deck can spam out Omega like no tomorrow. I added it as a counter measure to Maxx C, but it can also be useful mid game or in specific situations like that duel I had with the LS player - I could have forced them to deck out by making them draw all of their cards as they had 2 in hand and 1 in the deck (if it were not for that Minerva mill).
So, like, would you believe me if I told you this deck started out as a Bujin deck? Nah, I wouldn't either. I only really wanted to make use of Bujinki Amaterasu (because she looks so cool), and this ended up happening. You can see some of my failed ideas in the side deck.

Time for the wall of text where I explain some card choices:
Bujingi Centipede:
It's mostly there for Bujincident. I wasn't running it before and usually just left Amaterasu banished but since I started playing the LS engine, I thought I might as well. Plus, it's some extra backrow hate.
Archfiend Eater:
An essential for the Heart Earth combo. Although, there is still use in it if you want to get rid of some Xyz monsters that are no longer useful.
Shuffle Reborn:
I enjoy this card. I only run 1 copy of Uni Zombie so you can shuffle it into the deck to resummon with Shiranui Sage and reset its level or recycle Xyz monsters that no longer have material. Before, I also used it to put back cards like Madolche Chateau. The banishing effect during the end phase can also be used to set off Shiranui cards, which I remember doing once. I didn't include the replay though.
Psi-Impulse:
I've gotten out 2 Omegas first turn more than once, it really isn't that unlikey. So why not make use of one of them and reduce the opponent's hand size down by 2? Or more if they Maxx C'd. It makes the Maxx C challenge non existent.
Zombie World:
It's not only a good counter against Monarchs (unless they have Erebus) and Majespecters, but it's also needed for Uni Zombie as only Zombie type monsters can attack the turn it's milling effect is used.
Bujincident:
I only really included it to show off the combo with Magical Hats but then I ended up enjoying the card too much. Omega is unaffected by it, so why not?
Daunting Pose:
Card is broke. With Omega, that is. Maybe Omega is broke instead then. The idea is to just target Omega with Daunting Pose and then banish Omega. Since the opponent now only has Omega as an attack target, with it banished they can't attack at all. You then recycle Daunting Pose with Omega and re-use it again. Of course, it can be stopped by cards like Breakthrough Skill... but then again that's why I run 2 Omegas.
Purge Ray:
Only reason I run it at 2 is because I want the chance to draw it first turn to be higher.
Magical Hats:
Because free draws with Metalphosis Fusion.
