As the clock strikes midnight, and a new year begins, we're filled with hope and possibility. This is the time to leave behind all the things that held us back in the past, and to look forward to all the great things that are yet to come. What is motivating you to make this year to make it better than last year? I have 3 changes I am making for myself.
1. Reading a book a week 2. daily journaling 3. Daily Affirmations
For many the start of a new year feels like a fresh start, a chance to wipe the slate clean and start anew. That’s true - the passing of time can bring change, and with that change, opportunities to grow and improve. I’m reading to improve my knowledge. I’m journaling to document my self improvement and the daily affirmations remind me of my self worth and compassion. What are your actions for change? Comment below.
You know - change doesn't happen just because the calendar flips over to a new year. It takes effort, commitment and perseverance. That's what makes the real magic happen.
