Ingredients:
– 3 Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)
– Kheema stuffing (prepared earlier)
– Little oil
Cooking Method:
1️⃣ Cut the shimla from the bottom and make a slit to open.
2️⃣ Fill the kheema stuffing inside each shimla.
3️⃣ Heat a little oil in the pan and place the stuffed shimlas on the side.
4️⃣ Cover and cook on low flame till soft and well-cooked on all sides.
