I purchased these 3 vintage Plomb Tools online and couldn’t wait to get them to tear down and see what condition they were in! They were actually in pretty good condition and went from rusted old ratchets, to incredible collection pieces or everyday use tools. I use this process everytime I purchase old ratchets and the majority of the time, they need little work or an all out re-build. Good Luck!
