The Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU) has intervened in the ongoing conflict between two prominent Islamic scholars in the Ilorin Emirate.

Led by its National President, Alhaji AbdulMalik Ayo Abdulmumini, the union on Tuesday held separate meetings with Sheikh Habibullahi Adam Al-Ilory OON, Mudir of Markaz, and Sheikh Sulaiman Faruq Onikijipa OON, the 4th Grand Mufti of Ilorin Emirate, to resolve the dispute.
