here's our own version of tinolang manok (kapampangan style).
Ingredients:
2 lbs.chicken thigh
7-9 cloves garlic
1/2 of medium size onion
1/2 cup of ginger
2 pcs. sayote
2 cups spinach
1 pepper (sili haba)
2 tbsp fish sauce
3 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
