ESTOFADO DE POLLO FÁCIL Y SABROSO I Chicken Stew English Subtitles

Today I am showing you how to make the Estofado de Pollo or Chicken Stew. It’s quick and easy to make!!

It’s a Spanish dish that fills up both your stomach and heart as tis’s yummy and hearty. Perfect for a weeknight dinner it make it so much easier

Ingredients:
Chicken in quarts (the pieces that you like)
1 Onion
1 Red Pepper
4 5 Garlic Gloves crush
1 Tomato
1 Cup of good White wine
1 tsp of peppercorns
2 Bay Leaves
Olive Oil enough to fry the chicken
Salt Pepper to Taste
Some water to add to the chicken

Hoy les voy a enseñar el típico Estofado de Pollo, delicioso y muy fácil de hacer!!

Es el típico guiso español muy rico, que está mejor al dia siguiente y seguro que te recordará algun momento a tu niñez o a las comidas en tu casa materna

Ingredientes:

Pollo troceado, las piezas que mas te gustes
1 Tomate
1 Cebolla
1 Pimiento Rojo
4 o 5 dientes de ajos sin pelar
1 vaso de un buen vino blanco
2 Hojas de Laurel
Pimienta en grano un puñadito
Aceite de oliva para freír
Sal al gusto
