Grand Theft Auto IV - Dwayne activities bug/glitch fix (PC)

GTA IV has a notorious bug/glitch in the game that has never been patched, whereby you are unable to hang out with Dwayne depending on seemingly minor, unwitting choices made in-game following the story mission 'The Holland Play'.
The result of the bug/glitch is that you are only being able to call Dwayne's voicemail and receive the same message indefinitely; Dwayne never calls the player, and therefore leaves you unable to do activities/hang out with Dwayne with no known way to trigger the e-mail or phone call from him.
In my situation, I did NOT do the Cherise side-mission since I killed her in 'Ruff Rider' (an apparent cause of the glitch based on the GTA Wiki) and despite my e-mail inbox NOT being full I just didn't receive Dwayne's e-mail, locking me out of hanging out with him which I thought was a bit of a shame.

Thankfully, by using Zolika1351's excellent trainer, you can manually call the 'DwayneEmail' script which begins the process of having Dwayne to hang out with.
Responding positively to the e-mail will prompt a phone call from Dwayne asking to go on one of his 4 available activities, which I received ~5 hours later in-game after going drinking with Roman. I am not sure if this speeds up the arrival of the initial phone call, however very soon after dropping Roman off I got the call and the bug/glitch was fixed for my save file.
