PMLN President Nawaz Sharif, CM Maryam Nawaz discuss Pakistan’s digital future with Binance founder

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and CEO of Pakistan Crypto Council, Bilal Bin Saqib, were also present at the meeting.

Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif welcomed the appointment of Changpeng Zhao as the Strategic Advisor to the Pakistan Crypto Council.

Zhao’s appointment was termed a positive step towards establishing Pakistan’s identity as a regional hub for Web3 and digital finance.

The meeting included discussions on the country’s digital economy.

There was consensus on embracing a vision of development through innovative knowledge.

The founder of Binance paid tribute to the vision of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who served three times as Prime Minister, for promoting emerging technologies in Pakistan.

The meeting also included dialogue on youth participation in digital assets and future technologies.

Changpeng Zhao highlighted the potential of emerging blockchain technologies and global entrepreneurship.

There was agreement on promoting modern knowledge trends for digital transformation.

“Meetings with valuable individuals like Mr. Zhao pave new paths of progress and opportunity,” said Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

“Pakistan is ready to become a partner in innovative transformation,” stated Nawaz Sharif.

“Pakistan must rapidly adapt to fast-evolving technologies to meet the demands of the modern era,” said Nawaz Sharif.

“We are equipping our youth with IT skills to prepare them for the global digital market,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Punjab is fully ready to embrace future technologies,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Our complete focus is on knowledge-based technology,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Knowledge-based technology will guide the new generation toward innovation and digital enterprise,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

Changpeng Zhao thanked PML-N leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for his excellent hospitality.

Zhao also appreciated the capabilities of Pakistani youth in digital sciences.
