Here's how I replaced the springs on this McLaren at home.
DO NOT DISCONNECT THE HYDRAULIC HOSES FROM THE STRUTS - HENCE REPLACING THE SPRINGS IN SITU
This also applies for the MP4-12C. As far as I am aware, the 570s/600LT are similar but there are no hydraulics to worry about and the struts can simply be removed to replace the springs on a bench.
All the torque settings can be found through the Mclaren website's downloadable Maintenance Manual as a PDF.
