This video is similar to the July 30th one I did, showing how to use Pixi and Napari together. In this video we revisit Pixi and Napari and also show how Appose can be used to call deep learning algorithms from a second environment. We use this technology to compare Cellposesam and Cellpose3 results in the same Napari viewer. We also continue to show how labeling strategies in publicly available training sets affects generalist model results.
