DirectQuery, Live connect, Excel we want it all! In this session we will take a deep dive into composite models when combining those different sources into a single Power BI dataset. We will also see why aggregations make sense to get the best performance and ROI. Finally we will have a sneak peek at composite models for live connect.
As part of the Microsoft product teams, Kasper was responsible for leading, designing and driving software projects such as Power Pivot, Analysis Services and Power BI. Kasper currently works as part of the Power BI engineering team responsible for the enterprise voice of the customer.
