Boyan Rusev: Boyan Rusev is a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Yara Europe, with over 10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. Holding a master's degree from the Technical University of Varna, Bulgaria, he leads technical decisions and architecture for YaraPlus - Yara's newest software product revolutionizing agricultural technology. As an extreme enthusiast for digitalizing agriculture and bringing cutting-edge technologies to the farming sector, Boyan has been instrumental in developing YaraPlus, leveraging the latest technologies to create innovative solutions for modern agriculture.

Theo Harkenbusch: Theo Harkenbusch is a Senior Consultant at TNG Technology Consulting. During his school years, his curiosity and passion for computer games led him to discover the world of software development - an entry point that inspired him to study Computer Science at the University of Paderborn. Since 2022, he has been part of TNG, impressing clients and colleagues alike with his technical expertise and keen eye for good design. As Team Lead, he plays a key role in shaping the development of a SaaS platform in his current project. He stands out for his preference for clean code and his ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps. Beyond his technical skills, Theo enriches every team with his open and friendly nature, empathy, and solution-oriented communication.

Dr. Konstantin Pfrang: Dr. Konstantin Pfrang is a Senior Consultant at TNG, holding a PhD in Physics. During his research in very-high-energy gamma-ray astronomy, he developed AI-driven analysis methods to automate complex data workflows, which reinforced his focus on scalable solutions. At TNG, he applies this mindset to full-stack development by stripping technical challenges to their core and designing adaptable architectures such as micro-frontends to ensure sustainable growth.
