ADO & Glitchy Voice! Oakland Excelsior Lifts at Dyce Railway Station, Aberdeen

[Recorded 20/8/25] These lifts have never been filmed before as far as I can tell! One of the less common versions of the Network Rail standard lift spec is Oakland's interpretation, but Dyce has us covered with these two lifts! A different variant of Jumbo Dewhurst button and visible metal on the entirety of the LOPs are two of the major distinguishing features separating these from their Stannah counterparts. Surprisingly these have some nice ADO, the second one in particular doing it really well in one direction! Even if the levelling could be slightly better, I'd still say these are above average efficiency for train station lifts. I do seem to have an unplanned tendency to find glitchy voices though!
