A big congratulations not only to Gukesh Dommaraju for becoming the youngest ever World Chess Champion, but to Ding Liren for showing unbelievable resistance and defensive prowess in a year of Chess that hasn't been kind to him.

Comments like this made by the Russian Chess Federation are truly distasteful - grown men trying to undermine the success of a 18 year old wonderkid is just embarrassing.
