"Chicken Pepper Pot Recipe"
5 -6 lbs Mix Chicken or wings
1 teaspoon cloves power
8-10 sprigs of thyme
2 tea spoons cinnamon power
3 Tbs garlic
2 hot peppers to taste
salt to taste
1/2 cup cassreep
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tbs ginger
3-4 pieces of orange peel
1/4 cup sugar
2 bayleaves opional
Let it marinade overnight or cook it right away on a low heat til tender.
