This special streaming concert and conversational event premiered as a special, private event on Saturday, August 9, 2025, as a THANK YOU to everyone who donated to the GoFundMe for our good friend BRUCE BROWN. We are now making it PUBLIC (on his 70th birthday, September 15th, 2025) in hopes that even more people can see it, enjoy it, and GIVE. And for those who have not heard, longtime music journalist, radio and podcast producer, and all-around advocate of all things good and true, Bruce Brown, has been diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer – myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) – that is causing him to travel for treatments. This “Big Beautiful Bruce Brown Benefit” was produced by True Tunes, also based in Nashville, and was organized by a cadre of Brown’s friends and industry associates, along with Lipscomb University student workers.
