Republic Day Pride: DG YB Khurania Hoists National Flag At Remote Udabali Island!

A historic moment on the Dhamra coast! On the occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day, Odisha DG Y.B. Khurania hoisted the National Flag at the remote Udabali (Kanika) Island. This initiative is part of a special mission to unfurl the Tricolour at India's hidden and uninhabited islands.
Top officials including ADG Arun Bothra, DIG Pinaki Mishra, and Bhadrak SP Manoj Raut were present at the event. Following the flag hoisting and the National Anthem, the guests participated in a tree plantation drive. As a gesture of community support, blankets were distributed to local fishermen, and Bhadrak SP presented a photo of Maa Bhadrakali to the DG.
