In this video we put the Patek Philippe 5740 head to head against the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual reference number (26574ST.OO.1220ST.02). Both of these watches feature perpetual calendars and sporty cases, however the Royal oak is stainless steel whereas the 5740 is crafted out of white gold.
