पार्लियामेंट में एक बार फिर राहुल गांधी की वजह से पूरे विपक्ष को embarrass होना पड़ा. विपक्ष की मांग पर चुनाव सुधार के मुद्दे पर चर्चा हुई. लेकिन चर्चा के दौरान विपक्ष ने SIR और वोट चोरी जैसे इश्यूज पर सरकार को घेरने की कोशिश की. संवैधानिक संस्थाओं पर कब्जे का आरोप लगाया. सबकी निगाहें राहुल गांधी के भाषण पर थीं, राहुल पूरी तैयारी के साथ आए. पार्लियामेंट में खादी का कुर्ता पायजामा पहनकर पहुंचे. खादी पर लंबा लैक्चर दिया, हिन्दी में कभी कभी अटक जाते हैं इसलिए अंग्रेजी में बोले. लेकिन एक भी नई बात नहीं कही, सारे आरोप पुराने थे. राहुल ने कहा कि सरकार हर संस्था पर कब्जा कर रही है.

But during the discussion, the opposition tried to corner the government on issues like SIR and vote theft. They accused it of capturing constitutional institutions. All eyes were on Rahul Gandhi's speech, Rahul came fully prepared. He reached the Parliament wearing Khadi kurta pajama. He gave a long lecture on Khadi, sometimes hesitating in Hindi, so he spoke in English. But he did not say a single new thing, all the allegations were old. Rahul said that the government is capturing every institution.
