Day 14 of my 30-day communication challenge 🎤🔥
Phase 2 has started — control & confidence in speaking.
Today, I’m not teaching anything. I’m just practicing.
This video is my raw introduction — no structure, no polishing, no fancy words.
Just the way I introduce myself naturally, using whatever I’ve learned till now.
💡 Why this matters:
Most people struggle with introductions not because of English,
but because they overthink and lose control.
💡 Daily practice method:
🔹 Off-camera speaking (15-20 min) → clarity & flow
🔹 On-camera speaking (2-3 min) → confidence & presence
🔹 One take. No cuts. No repetition
🎯 Today’s focus:
Speaking honestly without filtering or forcing structure.
This is the base.
From tomorrow, I’ll refine, structure, and deliver this introduction with control.
