The Drum Discharge Station with Suction Lance "FE-L" allows drums to be emptied ergonomically and with low dust levels. The HECHT drum discharger with suction lance is inspired by the Containment Glovebox CFE-L. The operator can remove the product directly from the drum using the lance. The integrated balancer compensates the weight of the suction lance. Due to the high free moving space, the removal process of drums with and without liner is significantly simplified and accelerated.
For drums with liners, the liner can be sucked to the edge of the drum with a vacuum, which guarantees complete emptying. Furthermore, this system can also be used for partial emptying, allowing raw materials to be used flexibly and demand-oriented.
