This is a Very easy Beach Gnome to make and the hats can be sewn by hand or hot glued.
Supplies
Body Kids Sock Size 2-7, from the Dollar Tree.
Outer Body 15" x 15" Square of Fleece, color of your choice
Nose, 7"x 7" square of a Knit Jet set Fabric in Nude, from Joann's
Hat 13"x 13" Square of Fleece and some kind of Netting for the Outer Hat.
*Faux Fur/ Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks/ Stuffing
*Sea Shells/ Ribbon/ Rice or something to weigh down your gnome
Canning Lid or a Piece of Card Board cut @ 3" round. to help the gnome stand up.
