The Federal Indian Day School Class Action is an ongoing class action between Indian Day School Survivors and the Government of Canada. A Federal Court Order has appointed Deloitte to process claims for Day Schools Claimants.

As advocates, some of the client you serve will want to apply for the Federal Indian Day School Class Action Settlement, (FIDSCAS). This session prepares you for assisting your clients.
