शाहरूख खान के बेटे आर्यन खान को ड्रग्स के झूठे केस में फंसाने वाले IRS अफसर समीर वानखेड़े ने आज शाहरूख खान की कंपनी रेड चिलीज़ एंटरटेनमेंट पर मानहानि का केस दायर किया है. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में दायर पेटिशन में रेडचिलीज़ के अलावा OTT प्लेटफॉर्म नेटफ्लिक्स को भी आरोपी बनाया है. वानखेड़े ने आर्यन खान की वेब-सीरीज bads of bollywood पर बैन लगाने और मानहानि के लिए कंपनी से 2 करोड़ रुपये हर्जाने की मांग की है.


IRS officer Sameer Wankhede, who implicated Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in a false drug case, today filed a defamation suit against Shah Rukh Khan's company, Red Chillies Entertainment. In the petition filed in the Delhi High Court, he has named Red Chillies as an accused, along with the OTT platform Netflix. Wankhede has demanded a ban on Aryan Khan's web series, "Bads of Bollywood," and ₹2 crore in damages from the company for defamation.
