October Market Update - Calgary

We hope everyone had a great September and back to school. Sales number and inventory are continuing to slowly decline each month and we expect this to continue until the end of the year. As we have mentioned in past newsletters this is typically at this time of year. In the video Melissa speaks about some of the headlines you may have seen about a potential large price drop in home prices in our city, as well as the Bank of Canada's announcement plans for interest rate for the remainder of 2022.
