I shot this video at the New York City Marathon in 2019. It features the legendary Backwards Bill Reilly, a marathoner with cerebral palsy. He participates in the race through Achilles International, which has been supporting athletes with disabilities since 1983. Bill's chair was specifically designed for him by Bike-On in Warwick, Rhode Island. The 2020 marathon was cancelled due to Covid 19 but we are back this year and ready to do it again.
