Welcome To Our Channel Two Vagabond Monks. We are Ankur & Shalini, a couple who loves to travel and make cinematic travelogues with an essence of storytelling for you all. In this video, we explored the real beauty of Shimla. Ofcourse we explored the Ridge, the mall road and also the Jakhu Temple. But then we went on a drive to a very beautiful village in Shimla called Mashobra. This village is soo serene and unreal and as it was rainy season, the rain, the movement of clouds, the pine tress, the himachali houses making the place so majestic. Since it was apple season, we got to explore the Apple Orchards there. We were so much amazed to see the apples full ripen. In Himachal Pradesh, there are more than 40 varieties of apples being farmed and we also got to learn that here, they grafted 7-8 different varieties of apples in the same tree. This experience is amazing and you definitely need to have this experience if you are in Shimla during Apple season. Then we went on to explore the village of Mashobra and found out a random very old Kali temple. Met 2 cutie doggies and then had the most delicious delicacy of Himachal Pradesh - Siddu. Very tasty. After a whole day of wholesome experience we came back to Shimla town.
