A bend radius diagram is a visual representation that shows how a piece of material - such as a rubber seal - bends around a certain radius. It's a way of understanding the geometry of the bend, and it helps us predict how the material will behave when it's formed. These diagrams are useful when working with materials that have strict bend limits.
These diagrams show the inside radius, the outside radius and the side radius. These figures indicate the minimum radius that the seal can be bent for each origination, whilst still allowing it to fit correctly without affecting the sealing face.
