salt
1 tablespoon flour
2 large onion, cut into rings
8 pieces garlic, chopped
cooking oil
12 pieces calamansi, juiced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional) diluted in 2 tablespoon water
