2025 was a year of huge milestones. As we kick off 2026, we’re looking back at the growth that made the last 12 months so remarkable.
It was a year defined by scale and impact, seeing our portfolio grow to 5.8m sq ft, our community ties deepen, and our customers thrive. From milestone completions like Citylabs 4.0, No.3 Circle Square and Birmingham Health Innovation Campus, progressing with the Sister masterplan, and achieving sustainability goals across our spaces, the progress has been inspiring.
