Chloe Frazer, Nadine Ross, and Sam Drake race to intercept Asav’s train carrying a powerful bomb bound for the city. Fighting through waves of Asav’s insurgents on motorbikes and 4x4s, they manage to get Chloe and Nadine aboard the train while Sam continues to assist from a jeep. The two women battle enemies through multiple cars, using rope swings and vehicle jumps to overcome obstacles. After destroying a turret truck and causing part of the train to detach, they reach the bomb but find it impossible to disarm.

Realizing the only way to stop disaster is to derail the train, Nadine spots a nearby switch house. Chloe and Sam fight off more insurgents, reach the switch, and divert the train away from the city just in time. Chloe then chases the train again to rescue Nadine, resulting in a fierce showdown with Asav. The brutal fight ends with Asav crushed under the bomb as the derailing train plummets off a broken bridge and explodes, killing him.

Chloe, Nadine, and Sam survive and rest on the cliffside, watching the distant city they saved. Discussing their futures, Chloe suggests Nadine rejoin treasure hunting while Sam jokes about selling the Tusk of Ganesh, only to learn Chloe plans to hand it over legitimately for a finder’s fee. In a mid-credits scene, the trio share pizza with Meenu, where Sam again proposes selling the tusk but is humorously silenced, ending their adventure on a lighthearted note.
