I've never met Ed. He's an appraiser that just showed up to measure my house for a home loan. He saw my worst guitar. A 30 year old Yamaha that's been underwater. It's been left in the elements for weeks. It doesn't hold a tune very well. The bottom three strings are strung backwards so you have to tune them going the other way.
This is what he did.
