Welcome to Archasvi Art.
In this video, you will learn to make a decorative tray using a waste cardboard box. I was having a waste but sturdy cardboard box so thought of making this decorative tray for this Diwali to use it as table decor. It was having slits on four sides, so I sealed them by pasting tissue paper with white glue+water solution. This step also added texture to the box. This step is optional.
I have added handles to the tray using golden bangles only for decorative purpose. This step is also optional. Also, you can add wooden or any available bead to the bangles and make the handles fancier. I have shown both the variations through photos and videos. For adding beads you just have to cut the bangle using metal cutter. I hope you enjoy this video.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
---- Sturdy Cardboard Box
---- Piece of cardboard
---- Golden Lace
---- Acrylic white, teal blue and golden colour
---- Stencil
---- Golden bangles
---- Wooden beads
---- Fabric piece or printed paper
---- White glue
---- Glue Gun or any strong glue
---- Tissue paper
---- Brush, Sponge
