Zonal Pressure Diagnostics is the fancy term for throwing the tube of a pressure gauge (called a manometer) under a door and writing down the result.
If a room is more than 10-15% connected to outdoors, the odds are you won't be able to solve comfort problems with heating and cooling alone. The house probably needs to be air sealed to work well.
