Food and Beverage Service Practical activity in brief
Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Communicate with customers and co-workers.
Work as part of a team.
The practical activity will be conducted in a simulated restaurant setting. Students will be divided into groups and assigned tasks such as food preparation, table service, and cleaning. They will be evaluated on their ability to complete the tasks correctly and efficiently, as well as their customer service skills.
