We bought this floor jack on black friday of 2019. We started to have issues on march of 2020. The floor jack starting to make a ticking noise under load and with no warranty to return it we "decided" to fix it. This floor jack is only use once a week on light work its never abuse. Our method fix the problem but only time will tell, could this be a possible recall in the future? Feel free to ask questions.
