The Pan African Citizen Science e-Lab (PACS e-Lab) is a grassroots initiative driving astronomy research, education, and outreach across Africa. By equipping youth, educators, and underserved communities with access to global research collaborations, robotic telescopes, and real scientific data, PACS e-Lab is fostering a new generation of African citizen scientists. In this talk, I will share our model, key partnerships, including with NASA, IASC, LCO, etc., our impact stories from across the continent, and how we are scaling inclusive participation in astronomy through local leadership, capacity building, and public engagement. Our work demonstrates the transformative power of astronomy in connecting science with society.
