Killing a Shiny Rayquaza after 12 hours and 1597 soft resets

Thursday afternoon I decided I really wanted a shiny Pokemon to impress my friend. Rayquaza's one of my favourites (and his) and isOP TO SHIT if you get him right, so I decided to go for him. I spent about 5 hours a day for the past 4 days doing 500 resets. Finally got him after 1597 which is EXTREMELY LOW and I was NOT expecting it at all. I recorded my reaction and I started filming me trying to spam it with Dusk Balls. I didn't have my Masterball because I used it on Ho-Oh (Biggest mistake of my fucking life)

The video of the battle itself is 28 minutes long. I knew he had Outrage and he would confuse himself after two, so I didn't even try getting his health down with False Swipe because I knew he would kill himself with confusion. I spammed him with 60 Dusk Balls and got to the third wiggle twice. He started struggling and I knew my time was up. I grabbed my DS and biked over to my friends house who I wanted to impress. He had no clue I was shiny hunting so I really wanted to surprise him.
Long story short, I finally found a Shiny Pokemon. It's going to hurt going through the video footage to compile it into a video... BUT I WON'T GIVE UP
