SPAGHETTI & FRIED CATFISH Dinner Recipe

Today, I am making fried catfish and spaghetti dinner. My cousin requested this video and I hope it helps her. I will also be making scratch-made sweet cornbread. This is gonna be good!

INGREDIENTS
CATFISH
3 lbs catfish
2 large eggs
1/3 to 1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp seasoned salt blend of choice
1 Tbsp salt-free lemon pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
DREDGE
2 cups yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 to 3 Tbsp seasoned salt blend of choice
2 Tbsp lemon pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder

SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
14 oz smoked sausage of choice
1 small bell pepper
1/2 medium onion
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
24 oz marinara sauce
1 tsp sugar
salt and season to taste

CORNBREAD
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup rendered bacon fat
2 cups whole milk
