Indigenous Hip Hop Projects were proud to partner with Apunipima Cape York Health Service and the community of Coen to make this deadly Music Video called "Coen Central Remix". The week long intensive project was apart of Apunipima's "Go Physical Be Healthier" aimed at reducing the risk factors of chronic disease in the community.IHHP alongside Nutritionists provided information around healthy eating, physical activity, making deadly choices, regular health checks, and Chronic disease. We worked with the local community members to build capacity, leadership, knowledge, respect, self determination and confidence to make changes towards better health and wellbeing.
