In this video I’m going to go in depth into how to track your ovulation by paying attention to changes in your cervical mucus. Hormonal changes during your cycle create changes in your fluid's texture, color and consistency. Estrogen is the hormones that stimulates glands in the cervix to produce mucus. Observing these changes can give you an idea of what’s going on with your reproductive hormones at any given time and this will allow you to identify your fertile window and predict ovulation - helping you to have sex at the correct time in order to get pregnant fast!
