Modern Classic: Naked and Famous

The Naked and Famous is arguably bartender Joaquín Simó's most famous drink. It has definitely travelled the globe on menus. This drink was created during Simó's five year tenure behind the bar at Death & Co. One of NYC's most famous and celebrated bars. The idea behind this drink was to blend a Paper Plane and a last Word and this wonderful drink is what he came up with. These days Simó is co-owner of the New York bar Pouring Ribbons and also runs a consultancy called Alchemy Consulting. That's all I got on this one, enjoy!
