In this video, I go over the Ocean's stats, builds, and showcase her playstyle. She is coming with Update 14.9 and will cost 62,000 research bureau points. She is similar to an Essex when it comes to squadron layout except she basically has tier 10 version of Eagle's tactical rockets and bombers.
Just note that this video is during her test version and not the finalized buffed version. I will release another video with the update to show her new buffed state.
