OLD STYLE BEEF MECHADO

INGREDIENTS:
1 kl Beef cubes (you can use any part of beef or pork)
1/4 cup cooking oil (or olive oil)
1 cup yellow onions, minced
1/2 cup silver swan soy sauce
150g delmonte tomato paste
1 small can (85g) Reno liver spread
1 liter water
ground black pepper
2 Tbsp white sugar
1 large size carrot, cut into cubes
1 large size potato, cut into cubes
1 large size redbell pepper, cut into cubes
