Today we are in Memphis Tennesse at the home of the King, Elvis Presley's
Graceland. We've wanted to go ever since seeing our friend and fellow YouTuber Scott On Tape at Grave of Lisa Marie Presley. It was Scott on Tape that we learned you could visit Graceland for free in the morinings to visit the Meditation Garden in the back of the house where the graves of Elvis Aaron Presley, Lisa Marie Presley and the rest of the Presley family are layed to rest.

We started by parking outside the famous Graceland Gates early in the morinig. The Graceland grounds are open FREE to guests from 7:30 AM to about 8:15 AM

Her last public appearance was two days before at the 80th Golden Globe Awards, which she attended with her mother. Hundreds attended Presley’s public memorial service which was held at Graceland on January 22, and more than 1.5 million people watched the service via live stream as well. Presley was interred in the Graceland Meditation Garden, next to her son Benjamin and adjacent to her father Elvis.

During the memorial tribute at Graceland, Presley's daughter Riley's husband Ben Smith-Petersen mentioned that he and Riley had a daughter in 2022. Among those in attendance (some of whom spoke and or paid musical tribute) included her mother, surviving children, family friend Jerry Schilling, former Memphis mayor A. C. Wharton, Guns 'N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose, The Smashing Pumpkins lead singer Billy Corgan, Sarah, Duchess of York, gospel quartet The Blackwood Brothers, singer Alanis Morissette, and both the director and star of Elvis, respectively, Baz Luhrmann and Austin Butler.

Now this is a Graveyard picnic where we visit a famous grave and have a picnic with food associated with our dinner guest.

Now being in such a sacred space with fans, we felt it was disrespectful to have a picnic on the ground of Graceland, so we went to one of Elvis's favorite restaurants in Memphis, The Arcade Restaurant. The Arcade Restaurant is the oldest opperating restaurant in Memphis. The Arcade has Elvis's Booth decorated with pictures of him. The Arcade serves yummy diner food and hearty breakfast all day. Their number one selling menu item is Elvis Presley's favorite sandwich, The Fried Peanutbutter and Banana Sandwich. The kids loved it. And in honor of Lisa Marie Presley, the kids had chocolate milk. Growing up in Graceland the staff their would try to make Lisa Marie drink milk. The only way she would drink it was with her favorite chocolate syrup.
