Heavenly Father,
Heavenly Father, we come to you today acknowledging that we have been trying to carry burdens that are too heavy for us. We have been trying to control things that are beyond our control. Today, we choose to surrender. We commit our ways to you, our plans to you, our worries to you, our dreams to you. We trust that you are working all things together for our good, even when we can't see it. Help us to release the need to control and instead choose to trust. Give us peace that surpasses understanding. Remind us daily that you are faithful, you are good, and you care for us.
