Today we fly to St. Pete on an IFR flight plan. Listen in as multiple airplanes try for VFR flight following and get denied. Very busy complex Class Bravo airspace will really put your flying AND listening skills to the test.
The FBO charges $10 fee if you are using NOT going to eat at The Hangar Restaurant and a $5 fee if you ARE for a small single.
After we land in St Pete we end up taking the free "Looper" bus to the St Pete pier for a nice waterfront dinner. You can eat on the pier and watch the planes land at SPG. It's a spectacular view and I recommend checking it out.
