1 red onion ~ sliced
2 cloves garlic
200g mushrooms
3-4 large carrots ~ sliced
600g chicken breast
150g smoked bacon
4 tbsp flour
400ml chicken stock
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
