One of my favorite arrogant tactics in fighting games is the laugh, but not just any laugh. It's that laugh that goes "OHOHOHO" with the hand up and another potentially arrogant pose. This is called the "Ojou-sama Laugh" or "Noblewoman's Laugh," and it's just fantastic. I mainly learned about this laugh through fighting games, so I'm going over my favorite of them. Doesn't matter where they're used. As long as a fighting game character does it. Extra points for the pose!
